SchoolFolder holds sensitive information about children. We treat it that way. The product is built privacy-first, and these are the principles we hold to.
Private to your account
Your entries, folders and files are visible only to your account in the app. Records are not shared with other users, and there are no public sharing links.
Protected file storage
Uploaded documents are kept in protected storage and delivered only through an authenticated download — files can’t be reached by a direct link.
You stay in control
Export your entire account as a file whenever you want, and delete your data on request. SchoolFolder integrates with WordPress’s built-in privacy export and erase tools.
Honest about the limits
Site and database administrators retain technical access to run the service. SchoolFolder organises the records you enter — it does not provide legal, medical, psychological or child-safety advice. In an emergency, contact your local services.
